Suspension note — included in every audit
If a profile is suspended during or after setup, LocalLifts stops edits, gathers evidence with the owner (business registration, utility bill, signage photos), and supports one appeal through Google’s appeals tool. Reinstatement and timelines are never promised. A new profile for the same business is never created after a suspension.

You add LocalLifts as a manager on YOUR Google Business Profile. LocalLifts never asks for your Google password. Your profiles stay yours; access is removed in writing at handoff. You approve every name, address, and category change before it is made, one major change at a time — never bulk-edited together.
You stay the owner; LocalLifts works as manager. That is the ownership line for every profile, citation account and website this service touches: client-owned profiles only, manager access only, and access removed in writing at handoff.
If your real details don't support a profile (no real location, no genuine service area, virtual-only presence), LocalLifts declines the GBP portion and sells only the website/citation work that is legitimate — or declines entirely.
What's NOT done — ever
Fake listings, listings for businesses that don't exist at a location, keyword-stuffed names, virtual-office/mailbox addresses presented as staffed locations, duplicate profiles, bought or incentivised reviews, guaranteed rankings. Ask for any of these and LocalLifts declines that item in writing.

Refund / cancel terms
Audit: full refund before work starts; after work starts, case by case (under $50 automatic, $50+ escalated to the owner). Setups: 50% deposit refundable before work starts; completed stages are earned; unstarted stages are refundable. The 14-day audit credit expires 14 days after audit delivery. No refunds for Google's decisions (verification delays, edit rejections, suspensions) where LocalLifts' work followed Google's guidelines.
